My path into accounting started with a summer job at a local CPA firm in Sebring, Florida. That turned into a career, and today I work as a staff accountant for one of Western North Carolina's most historic and renowned property developers.Before that, I grew up on a cattle ranch. I spent high school and college fixing fences and moving cattle, and I loved every minute of it. That's a big part of why I understand farm bookkeeping, not just as a service I offer but as something I actually grew up around.I started Blue Ridge Accounting Services to bring that same hands on attention to small businesses and family farms who need reliable books without hiring a full accounting department.
